No two injuries are the same — so why should your treatment be? We don’t overbook appointments, which means every client gets 100% of our focus and attention. From your first session to your last, you’ll receive the same high standard of care, whether you’re the first or last client of the day.
Private Rehab Gym & Movement Coaching
Unlike most clinics, we have our exclusive rehab gym. This means you won’t just be treated on a therapy couch or get sent home with exercises on a piece of paper that everyone gets the same — you’ll learn how to move properly and practice strength-building exercises that apply to your daily life, work, or sport. If you can’t squat properly, we’ll help you master it — because faulty movement patterns can lead to bigger issues. Our goal is to help you move with confidence, control, and strength.
Hands-On & High-Tech Treatment
We combine traditional hands-on therapy with advanced electrical treatments like shockwave therapy, giving you faster, more effective results. These modern techniques are often less painful but more effective than manual treatment alone. This combination gives us more tools to tackle stubborn, long-term conditions.
Education & Long-Term Prevention
We believe that education is part of the treatment. It’s not enough to feel better in the clinic if you go back to old habits that cause the problem. We use visual tools to show you what’s happening in your body and provide simple stretches, exercises, and movement tips to help you stay on track at home. A 30-minute session can only do so much — but 7 days of mindful movement can change everything and this part cost nothing and support the treatment we provide too.
Full Injury-to-Recovery Support
From the first day of injury to full function, we’re with you every step of the way. We won’t just “patch you up” — we aim to make you stronger, fitter, and more resilient than before. Once you’re back to full health, we recommend regular sports massages every 6-8 weeks to stay ahead of potential issues and keep you performing at your best.
Our Story
From Passion to Purpose
KSIR was founded by Andy, who started his career as a personal trainer. Early on, he realized that fitness training alone wasn’t enough to support people with injuries or medical conditions. Wanting to make a bigger impact, he pursued a degree in injury rehabilitation — but even that was just the beginning.
Over the past 25+ years, Andy has been on a relentless mission to keep learning, attending courses, mastering new techniques, and staying at the forefront of injury rehabilitation. His experience working with rugby players for six years gave him a first-hand understanding of the full injury-to-recovery process, guiding athletes from the moment of injury all the way back to match-day readiness. His philosophy was simple: don’t just get them back on the pitch — make them better than they were before.
In a proud “full-circle moment,” Andy was asked back to the university where he earned his degree — this time as a lecturer, teaching and mentoring the next generation of rehab specialists. Sharing knowledge with students as passionate as he was all those years ago has been one of his proudest achievements.
